We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for the purposes above.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including HTTPS, access controls, and vendor diligence). No online system is fully secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your interaction with us was compromised.
9. Data Breach Notification

How to Submit a Request
Email welcome@shiningueshoulde.world with subject line “Privacy Request” and include your name, state of residence, and the right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. An authorized agent may submit a request with written proof of authority and verification of your identity.
We aim to respond within 45 days (California and many states) or the period required by your state’s law. If more time is needed, we will explain why and extend as permitted by law.
Appeals (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and similar laws)
If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general where applicable.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for sale/sharing of personal information used for targeted advertising, to the extent required by applicable law.
11. California-Specific Disclosures
Categories collected (last 12 months): identifiers, customer records, internet activity, approximate geolocation, inferences (if analytics on), and cookie data—as listed in Section 2.
Disclosed for business purposes: to service providers listed in Section 5.
Sold or shared: none for monetary consideration; no sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt in to marketing cookies.
Sensitive personal information: we do not collect sensitive categories (e.g., health, SSN, biometrics) through the Site.
Financial incentives: we do not offer incentives that require personal information in exchange for price or service differences.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Submit requests to our email above.
Minors: we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
12. GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Visitors)
You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Contact us using the details in Section 1; we generally respond within 30 days where GDPR applies.
13. Children (COPPA and State Laws)
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child under 13 provided information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT. We currently do not respond to DNT signals, but we honor applicable opt-out rights and GPC as described above.
15. International Transfers
We process data in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where GDPR requires safeguards for transfers, we rely on appropriate mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) with processors.

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes notice where permitted by law.
